Rates, Services, and Payment Options
 
    All services require immediate payment upon completion.
We gladly accept Cash, Checks*, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover
*All checks require a valid driver's license, or other government-issued identification.
Checks returned by the bank are subject to a fee of $20.00

On-Site Service  
  Residential Customers
$60/hr (minimum of 1 hour, billed in 1 hour increments)
Additional travel fees may apply - click here for more info
Residential Customers have the option of a 1-hour appointment window or a call-to-meet appointment in which we'll call you when we're about 15 to 20 minutes away.
 
  Business/Commercial Customers
$80/hr* (minimum of 1 hour, then billed in 1/2 hour increments)

Business Customers have several flexible appointment options available, depending on the urgency of the service call. 

*A reduced rate of $65/hr is available to business customers that are on one of our monthly maintenance packages.  For a custom quote, please contact us!
 

Lab Service (at our shop)
  Standard Non-Rush Service
$60 first hour, $20 each additional half hour
Our typical turnaround time is 2 to 4 business days depending on the problem and availability of parts.

Rush Service
$80 first hour, $20 each additional half hour
We guarantee to attempt repair within 24 hours, but cannot guarantee a completion time as this will depend on the difficulty of the job and availability of parts that may be needed.  Requesting a "Rush Job" will ensure that your job is moved to the front of our work queue. 

Notes about Lab Service vs. On-Site Service
When your computer is at our shop, we only charge you for the time we actually spend working on it, which means you don't pay us to sit there for hours waiting for something to download or waiting for a virus scan to complete.  It is for this reason, that our Lab Service typically results in a more detailed/thorough repair job for less money than On-Site service.
 

Remote Support  
  $15 per quarter hour;  (minimum 1/4 hour, billed in 1/4 hour increments)
Please call us to make an appointment for our remote services.  This allows us to connect to your computer via the internet and see what you see!  You must be at your computer with a high-speed internet connection for us to assist you remotely.  Please note that this unique service cannot be used to fix ALL problems, and we may refuse this method of service at our discretion.
 
Telephone Support
  $15 per quarter hour; (minimum 1/4 hour, billed in 1/4 hour increments)
Although telephone-support is typically used as a last-resort and rarely done because of it's overall lack of effectiveness, it is occasionally helpful for quick resolutions to minor problems.  Please note that not all problems can be resolved over the telephone, and we may refuse this method of service at our discretion.
